Capital’s litigation fund helps training provider recover money from Welsh Government

What we did:

Fix Training’s contract with the Welsh Government was the focus of its business. Being starved of cash made it impossible for them to fight a costly battle through the courts. We assessed, and funded, their claim through our litigation fund: Capital Dispute Finance. Fix Training were the first clients to use our fund and, within five months, we achieved a fantastic settlement at mediation.
