Angharad Jones

Angharad is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team. She mainly assists with banking and corporate support work.

Angharad has experience in landlord and tenant work, asset management, acquisitions and sales and in banking and corporate support work, having previously worked in London and Cardiff. Angharad has acted in the past for banks, borrowers, investors and occupiers, with experience in retail, office and industrial transactions.

Acting for a charity in their purchase of a long leasehold interest for a new head office.
Acting for a high end New York retailer on their new lease and licence for alterations of a shop in central London.
Acting for a landlord in relation to their central London retail and office buildings, including negotiation of various licenses, leases and deeds of variations.
Acting for various lenders on refinancing of portfolios, including a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
Acting for a borrower trust in relation to the refinancing of two residential properties in Chelsea.
Negotiating a deed of variation in relation to services for a long leasehold residential property in Chelsea.
Managing a portfolio of properties for a Landlord based in the East of England, including the sale of a mixed use block.
Assisting a German retailer with their first lease in the UK.
