Catherine is an Associate in our Corporate team, who trained with Capital. Her training involved a three month secondment to S4C, where she advised on corporate and commercial issues.

Cath’s work is substantially transactional, where in particular she advises on private equity investments, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and general corporate issues.

She also advises on corporate banking for the Banking & Finance team, acting for banks and borrowers on corporate, commercial and real estate transactions.

  • Advising Development Bank of Wales on numerous debt and equity investments, including its multi-million pound investments in World Class Finance Limited and Lignia Wood Company Limited.
  • Acting for WestBridge Capital and all other shareholders on the sale of ISG Technology Limited, an enterprise network connectivity company, to Allvotec Limited.
  • Acting for WestBridge Capital on its acquisition of Wilcomatic, one of the UK’s leading vehicle and rail wash systems providers.
  • Advising AMB SPA on its acquisition of TDX (Europe) Limited, a market leader in rigid film products for the food and packaging industry.
  • Advising UK based InsurTech Zego on its $42 million Series B fund raise, one of the largest ever for a European based InsurTech start-up.
