Kellsey Logue | Capital Law | Cardiff and London

Kellsey joined Capital as a Trainee in October 2016 and qualified as a Solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team in July 2018. She previously worked as a Commercial & Legal Assistant in the Oil & Gas industry for three years.

Kellsey works with clients across the Commercial team on a variety of commercial and corporate work. She specialises in supply agreements, terms and conditions, commercial due diligence, Consultancy agreements, IP audits and Data protection.

Regularly drafts and advises on assignment and licencing of intellectual property rights for client across several sectors.
Undertaken several intellectual property audits on behalf of clients, identifying intellectual property rights in the client’s business and advising on strategy for good intellectual property management.
Drafting and advising on intellectual property licencing provisions relating to the development of software and mobile applications.
Drafting non-disclosure agreements protecting the disclosure of intellectual property rights in patentable inventions.
Regularly drafts privacy policies, commercial contracts incorporating GDPR compliant provisions and has advised on compliance with, and responding to, data subject access requests.
Advising on teaching software development agreement for online self-evaluation and development tool including maintenance of the software.
