David Seligman

David’s major areas of expertise include planning, commercial and residential development and compulsory purchase and compensation.

During a career spanning more than 50 years, David has specialised in property work.

David has been honoured with an OBE for services to the community in Cardiff. In 2003, he received the first Western Mail and Echo Lifetime Achievement Award for services to the legal profession and the wider community. In 2010, David was the first Welsh recipient of the Prince of Wales Medal for Arts Philanthropy.

David is an Honorary Fellow of Cardiff University and of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
