Hakeem Din

Hakeem joined Capital in September 2019 as a trainee and qualified as a Solicitor in our Corporate team in June 2021.

He acts on all aspects of corporate work and has acted on a variety of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments, management buyouts as well as advising companies and individuals on corporate governance issues.

Hakeem has experience acting for companies, funds and investors across a wide range of sectors in England and Wales and is familiar with supporting deal teams on complex transactions.

Hakeem speaks Punjabi and sits on Capital Law’s South East Asian desk.
