Helena Cole

Helena oversees all aspects of talent management within Capital Law – from steering our graduate programme offer to managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

She works closely with the wider HR team to ensure an efficient and seamless process for candidates, and with other teams across the business to fulfil their recruitment needs – sourcing both the best lawyers and those in central services.

Helena is also the go to contact with regards to agencies and external providers. She builds and manages relationships with universities and any other party involved in the talent process at Capital.

Before joining us, Helena spent over eight years working in both internal and external recruitment roles, across multiple sectors.
