Sarah is a Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial Disputes team.

Sarah became a trainee with Capital in January 2021. In the Commercial Disputes team, Sarah is involved in a range of matters, including intellectual property and contract disputes. She also assists the Public Law team.

Prior to joining Commercial Disputes, Sarah spent six months in the Banking & Finance team where she acted for both borrowers and lenders.

Sarah graduated from King’s College London, where she studied Law with European Legal Studies, in 2013. She completed the LPC in Cardiff in 2016.

Before beginning her legal career, Sarah spent several years working as a journalist and editor. She has worked on publications focused on Intellectual Property Law and Reinsurance. In addition to writing and editing news and features, Sarah led a successful project focusing on diversity and inclusion in the Intellectual Property field.
