Seán works with clients ranging from small start-ups to listed companies and has a wealth of experience in transactional work such as asset and share acquisitions and disposals, investments and management buyouts, alongside corporate governance work such as shareholder agreements, corporate structures and corporate restructures.  

Having undertaken part of his training at an Irish law firm, Seán is a dual qualified solicitor with both the Law Society of England and Wales alongside the Law Society of Ireland.
