Shanie Probert

Shanie is a Trainee Solicitor in our Commercial Property team.

Prior to joining Capital, Shanie worked at an international law firm in Cardiff where she assisted their Commercial Dispute Resolution team on a variety of commercial litigation. Primarily, Shanie worked on high profile public procurement disputes relating to rail contracts, including the 2019 Rail Franchising Litigation. During this role, Shanie also studied the LPC part-time at Cardiff University, and graduated in 2020 with a distinction.

Prior to this, Shanie commenced her legal career at a Personal Injury firm, where she handled a varied medical negligence caseload.
